Liam Neeson, the guy who keeps trying to milk the “Taken” series to greater and greater levels of absurdity, using guns to burnish his tough-guy image, speaks his mind following the Muslim jihadi attacks against Western Civilization in France last week.
(GulfNews) – …“There’s too many [expletive] guns out there,” he continued. “Especially in America. I think the population is like, 320 million? There’s over 300 million guns. Privately owned, in America. I think it’s a [expletive] disgrace. Every week now we’re picking up a newspaper and seeing, ‘Yet another few kids have been killed in schools.’”
Maybe he’s on medication for mental disorders following the death of his wife in a skiing accident some years ago.
Or perhaps Liam would rather return to the times of the Middle Ages where the young, strong men freely victimized and persecuted women, the young and the very old, as well as the sick and infirm. Of course, we know there was no killing in the Middle Ages either, as there were no guns. Right?
In either event, you have the right to vote with your wallet. Take a pass on Liam Neeson productions. Let his supporters bankroll his idiocy.
Unfortunately, Liam Neeson is America’s disgrace. Wish he’d go to the socialist country he is most attuned to. (N. Korea, Cuba, -not-so-Great Britton?)

The great actor (and he was a great actor) Karl Malden was a big gun-grabber also. And he supposedly was never in a movie where he didn’t have a gun in his hand.
Pretty ironic for an actor who makes his living reinforcing his macho, gun-toting image on film. Money and fame are his weaknesses and, apparently, his liberal lack of intelligence has “taken” over. Hollywood is full of narcissists that reinvent themselves in fantasyland because they cannot function in the real world. Their mamas should have let them grow up to be cowboys.
Liam Nesson needs to put his money where his moth is and stop lectering us about our 2nd Amendment righst from the same constitution that alllows him to make all those putrid movies full of gun violence and bloodshed
