today’s amendments are online… no confiscation clause, but still very bad… registration of all devices. (confiscation would be a few years down the road in their agenda)
Does anyone have a link to today’s amendments. Dan said they were available online.
Here’s a link for 1263:

If I got it right, here’s a link to today’s version of 815

In HB 815, what is being referred to changing (10) to (8)? I don’t have access to the bill, so it’s my concern that they’re changing the wording to require magazines to hold only 8 rounds… Am I just being paranoid here?
Never mind…found my answer…
It doesn’t matter if it’s 10 rounds, 8 rounds or 100 rounds. Let’s not congratulate ourselves if they only ban 75+ round drum magazines (they are pretty unwieldy anyway, so who cares). There is far more than mere toys or a recreational activity that we stand to lose if we continue to be on the defensive in this fight.
First they came for the communists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a communist.
Then they came for the socialists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a trade unionist.
Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me.
