Not sure which is worse, the cavalier nature of black thugs trashing a crime scene, including stealing spent shell casings, to obstruct justice or the cops unable or unwilling to do anything about it.

The wide awake Police should have had a K9 night training session on the knuckle dragging thugs strutting through the crime scene.
Perhaps having them disrupt the scene just makes it easier to determine it was a “good shoot”
Is this what passes for “Culture” in Chicago?
With stuff like this, it’s no wonder the police are unable to solve more than one in five homicides.
I know there are decent people in Chicago, but seeing this makes me want to puke. They think more laws are going to fix this?
The only thing that’s going to fix Chicago violence is putting monsters in prison – or in the ground.
