Well, well, well.

The politically-motivated narrative promoted by the mainstream media and “Black lives matter” crowd that Sam DuBose was killed by a trigger-happy cop is crumbling with each passing week (or is it day?).

According to the media and race hustlers, Sam DuBose was just an innocent little choirboy on his way to take his son to a movie.  One of his twelve (or was it fourteen) kids when he was shot down by the racist cop. Prosecutors then charged the cop with murder and the cop remains in custody.

No mention is made by the prosecutor of the two pounds of pot and thousands of dollars in cash found in the car the day Mr. DuBose left the earthly plane.  No mention is made of the dozens of arrests, handful of convictions and prison time served by Mr. DuBose, who was no stranger to getting locked up.  Could it be Mr. DuBose didn’t want to go to jail for the 94th time and that’s why he tried to drive off from the traffic stop?  Mr. DuBose was no dummy.  He knew, having two pounds of mary jane and thousands in cash with him, that he wouldn’t be getting out any time soon – and if he did, someone was going to be really irritated with Mr. DuBose for losing their dope and cash.

Prosecutors say the body cam doesn’t show that he was dragged, but even a first-grader can discern otherwise.

At first it seemed this case wasn’t as poorly put together as the Baltimore case against six cops charged in the death of a guy in the back of a paddy wagon.  Times are a changing though!

(WJNO) – Retired NYPD officer and host of his own show here on WJNO Saturdays at 3 p.m., John Cardillo tells us that “Samuel DuBose may not have been on the way to take his son to a movie because of what was found in his vehicle.”  He cites unnamed sources within both the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Police Departments as saying that there were “nearly two pounds of marijuana and thousands of dollars in cash” inside the vehicle being driven by DuBose the day he was killed by former University Officer Ray Tensing.

Tensing has pleaded not guilty to murder and voluntary manslaughter in DuBose’s death on July 19.  Tensing claims DuBose dragged him with his car, and the officer thought he was going to get run over.

Prosecutors say body cam video does not show Tensing being dragged by the vehicle, though there is video of the cop on the ground feet away from where the car was stopped.

DuBose’s family believes Tensing is attempting a cover-up, and that he intentionally killed the man.

Cardillo is likening this situation to what happened when six police officers were charged with killing a man in Baltimore, calling it “a very hasty political prosecution.”

  1. He had that dope to turn into the police to get it off the street.

The money was going to be paid to the court for his back child support.

You guys are just so cynical.

  2. These political prosecutions are making a mockery of the American justice system. Isn’t it just a coincidence all of these prosecutors are Democrats?

    Mike Nifong (Duke Lacrosse team).
    Angela Corey (Zimmerman)
    Marilyn J. Mosby (Baltimore)
    and now Joseph Deters.

    Nifong got his.

Now it’s time for these others to get theirs.
