The brazen murder of two white journalists on camera by a disgruntled, black homosexual reporter who wanted to start a race war has shocked the nation.
The incident was callous, evil and horrific.
It was senseless.
The senseless continues with the female reporter’s dad now campaigning for gun control. The craven advocates of gun control collared him faster than ambulance chasing attorneys at a car crash. In a state of profound grief and despair, he listened to their siren song and fell for their falsely enchanted words. A reasonable person can hardly fault the dad for not thinking straight. Hopefully he’ll get his head screwed on straight once he gets past the worst of his grief.
And now a Chicago Tribune reporter writes a story on Facebook that’s getting a lot of play. In it, he tries to equate the horrific attack in Virginia with daily life in Chicago’s crime-addled neighborhoods. It starts off:
(by Peter Nickeas)
The difference between the shooting this morning in Virginia and every other act of gun violence is that the internet had to see the fear on a woman’s face as she realized she was about to die.
There is a regularity to violence in urban areas. Today everyone saw what violence looks like, except the victims are usually a little younger and have darker skin. It’s not often on tape so the reaction isn’t so visceral. This is what violence feels like to people who see it happen, we can now all say, because we’ve all seen it happen.
In Chicago alone, it happens more than 2,000 times each year. Go to a crime scene and ask kids if they have seen someone shot. And the answer will be, “well, the first time …” What the Internet is going through right now is almost a rite of passage for kids in urban areas.
So for everyone sitting at work saying, “man, that video messed me up,” well, yea. It should mess you up. It’s a disgusting thing to watch. For everyone who says “I can’t even” or “I need to disengage today,” those are normal reactions to exposure to violence. Seek help if seeing people get hurt doesn’t bother you.
And he wrote about (yet) another shooting in Chicago in the Trib.
(Chicago Tribune) – The 19-year-old man slowly moved his bloody arm to his face about 3:40 a.m. Saturday while he lay on a city street corner and tugged at an air mask paramedics set over his face.
He rolled a bit, side to side, while Chicago Fire Department EMTs and a paramedic from Engine 23 worked on him.
They cut his clothing. One uncurled the tube on an IV bag. They pointed out gunshot wounds. The teen’s chest heaved every few seconds.
The paramedic adjusted the mask back in place, and the teen raised his arm again, and rolled a little more. The ambulance arrived.
Let’s pull back for a moment. Those two murdered reporters, killed by a racist lunatic, have scarcely little in common with the average victim of criminal violence in Chicago. Similarly, their killer had little in common with the average violent criminal predator in the Windy City.
Alison Parker and Adam Ward were decent people. They were law-abiding, productive members of society just doing their jobs when they were shot down by an angry black man who was, judging from his writing and actions, was a hate-filled lunatic. When he wasn’t murdering people to instigate a race war, the killer was a gay-pride and “Black Lives Matter” activist, Obama fan and by all accounts, piss-poor reporter. Their killer was such a classy guy that he left fecal-covered sex toys strewn about his apartment. He was an all-around a-hole to his neighbors too, throwing cat poop on their balconies. He’s also on video in a road rage incident, acting like a jackwagon. For all of his flaws, the murderous lunatic in Virginia was not a gang-banger or career criminal.
Chicago-style violence
Let’s take a look at some of the victims of violence in Chicago – people who have been shot by criminals on one random day a while back.
Twelve individuals, including one fatality.
Exactly one of those dozen people, a 43-year-old male black, had no arrests and no convictions. Four of the twelve have no gang affiliations.
Let’s take a peek at the roll call of shooting victims, shall we?
- Mr. 43-years-old, the law abiding guy who came into town, got lost and got shot for his trouble. Sucks to be him. At least he lived.
- A 16-year-old male black who isn’t a gang-banger, but everyone around him is, including a banging’ brother who has been twice perforated. He’s only got one felony arrest and no conviction. Practically an angel by Chicago standards.
- Next up, a 52-year-old parolee with a dozen arrests and five convictions.
- A two-fer involving a 15 & 21 year old Hispanic males. Between the two of them, they have 19 arrests and three convictions, including a replica firearm, criminal damage, cannabis slinging, vandalism, trespass, and the list goes on and on.
- Another two-fer, this time with a 16 & 20-year-old black males. Between them, they have over 20 arrests but only a single conviction. Both are Gangster Disciples. Angels on the path to a Nobel prize? Hardly. Both have arrests for witness harassment (“Snitches get stitches” enforcement) and robbery.
- Another two-fer, two blacks in their early 20s. Thirteen arrests, a pair of convictions and GD affiliations.
- Another GD found himself perforated to add to his 21 arrests and three convictions. He’s probably going to turn his life around and find a cure for alcoholism, right?
- Next, a 22-year-old male black Vice Lord got perforated. Cops think he was simply collateral damage to an armed robbery across the street.
- A 24-year-old Latin King with 18 arrests and a conviction. Those evil cops obviously just arrest people for B.S. reasons, right?
- Remarkably, a 23-year-old black male “Four Corner Hustler”, survived almost two dozen gunshot wounds to the head and body. Hint to fellow a-holes: Use something bigger than a .25 next time, okay? Buy some hollow-points while you’re at it, too.
- Last but not least: A charming chap with 19 arrests and one conviction was shot in the back. He has no reported gang affiliations, but he does like to beat his girlfriend, smoke dope and use drugs. With a resume like that, he would be ideal as Tio Hardiman’s Lt. Governor choice!
In a nutshell, save your sympathy for people who deserve it. Shedding tears for a scumbag with two dozen arrests and gang affiliations is something I’ll have a hard time pulling off.
Let’s not try to equate the high-profile evil in Virginia with the evil that is everyday life in Chicago’s gangster-infested neighborhoods.
Young, inner city blacks turn to gangs because they can’t find a job.
But they can’t get a job because they can’t read, write or ‘rithmetic. Who wants to hire a young black kid with a giant tattoo on his neck, pants down around his ass, who can’t speak real English or not use the word f&)” in every sentence?
Oh, and the sour attitude and felony record is just a bonus.
I’m an employer. Ya gotta be kiddin’ me!!!!!!!!!?
Hire these guys? I’m TERRIFIED of them. I’m like Jeffe Jackfone……when I sees dem walkin’ down de same side of de street as me, I wanna cross de street.
I believe they join the gangs because they have not had a home life. We are still part of the animal kingdom. We want to belong to the pack/group. When we are being raised by grandma and not the loving mother with the family support of the father, thing start falling apart.
Before long, child learns that they can say ‘mom said I could’ to override grandma. Mom is not there to rule and child does whatever they want. Before long the gang takes over with guidance no matter how bad. Threat of discipline that they were not getting at home.
With the exception of the fellow who got lost, I wouldn’t want any of them living near me.
None of the rest of them will probably become anything besides future homicide vics of American or prison inmates.
