Yesterday, I wrote of our experiences with Insticator not living up to expectations GSL had been given by their rep who approached us in March.
Today, I received a call from New York. Zack Dugow from Insticator introduced himself. In a follow-up email, I learned that he’s the founder and CEO of Insticator. Obviously, they were concerned over our post.
Zach offered up that Edward was in his second week working for Insticator when he contacted us and hadn’t been trained as well as they would have liked. Fair enough. I’ve been there training people in the world of telephone sales.
Zach conceded that real world results didn’t square with expectations created by their rep and said he was going to work with the Insticator team to see if we can work on something that’s mutually beneficial for both parties.
In the meantime, while GSL still stands 100% behind our original post from yesterday, we’ve pulled it for the time being in a show of good faith towards Insticator.
Zach is forwarding us some additional monies from his corporation as a show of good faith on their end, and what’s more, he’s making a personal donation to Guns Save Life. He says he knows first-hand what it’s like living as a gun owner in a less than gun-friendly state.
We’ll let this simmer for a few days and see if we can make some soup. In the meantime, have a great day!
It was still annoying. Good riddance.
It’s all about the $. Pay us/GSL some money we can use to further gun rights, and I’m okay with annoyances. I suffer through them everyday in the mainstream media, what’s a little one at GSL?
