A South Carolina Senator introduced a bill to mandate that concealed carry license holders display a sticker on the vehicle's license plate.
I mean, mandatory stickers or patches for certain classes of law-abiding people. Not for convicted criminals. Not for registered sex offenders. Not for crooked politicians. Nope.
For gun owners with concealed carry licenses.
It's sponsored by this guy, Senator Danny Verdin III – a Republican!
What is he thinking?

TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-1230 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO LICENSE PLATE SPECIFICATIONS, TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO ISSUE A STICKER TO EACH CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT HOLDER WHO IS A VEHICLE OWNER THAT MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE VEHICLE OWNER'S LICENSE PLATE TO INDICATE THE VEHICLE OWNER IS A CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT HOLDER.

Not only that. Any a.hole on the road who decides he is pissed at the stickered motorist can call the cops and report that said motorist brandished his weapon. This "Republican" needs to be recalled ASAP

Now I'm good with the stickers for politcain's that have sevred two terms or more, most have a signicant increase in finances while in office let them be marked
Should have a "law" that all politician's vehicles a large "COW PIE" sticker on their license plate.
If what is written above is the sum total of the proposal as written, then attach the sticker to the back of the plate.Nothing says it has to be visible.
sure let everybody know your carrying a gun. Advertise it. Get it out in the open. So we won't. Have to conceal it anymore. I dont like open carry. But. Oh well !!!
