ARMED BLACKS DON’T GET OPPRESSED: Chicago tops LA/NYC combined for homicides

Armed blacks don't get oppressed.  Sadly, Chicago suffers from a shortage of good guys with guns.  Chicago finished up the year with 795 homicides, per the fine people at HeyJackass.com.  What's worse, Chicago's homicide totals topped both the nation's largest city (NYC) and second largest city (LA), COMBINED.  It's true.  The preliminary Chicagoland annual totals from HeyJackass:

No doubt the Democrat political leadership of Chicago broke out the champagne to celebrate avoiding the 800 corpses mark.  The sad reality stands at almost 800 lives lost to the oppression of criminal violence.  Almost 800 lives tragically cut short. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Chicago residents live unarmed under the oppression of violent crime. 

In reality, the total homicide numbers will climb.  With over two dozen "death investigations" in progress, 2017's numbers will quietly sneak over the 800 mark in the next couple of months without much of a mention in the press.  Of course, perceptions rule the day, especially among anti-gun Chicagoland Democrats.

Chicago Democrats and bloody hands

This problem lies solely at the feet of Chicago Democrat Machine politicians.  They have the blood of these people injured and killed as a result of violent crime on their hands.  These politicians have done a fine job keeping their citizens firmly entrenched on the gun control plantation and themselves in power. 

Illinois' CCW law didn't just enact concealed carry in Illinois.  It also struck down local regulations on handguns.  In other words, affordable firearms became legal to buy and own for Chicago residents. 

It didn't change mindsets though. 

Yes, even with many of their shackles thrown off with passage of Illinois' concealed carry law, Chicago's residents remain enslaved to gun control.  Without a doubt, the vast majority of Chicago residents remain on the gun control plantation.  Truly, they remain oppressed by violent crime in their neighborhoods, unable to fight back.  Generations of politicans and the mainstream media have told residents countless times that good guys don't own guns.   The message delivered repeatedly to Chicago residents: Only bad guys own guns.  They say good guys don't own guns.  Politicians claim only trained professionals like police can use guns to stop bad guys.  These same politicians tell their constituents to "trust" them.  "Trust us.  We'll protect you," these Democrat politicians say. 

In reality, the only people protected are violent predators – and the politicians' jobs.  Can anyone tell the difference between the predators and politicians?

What's worse, when freedom-loving people bring up the utility in gun ownership to protect and defend the home, these political leaders and media types shake their finger and say "no!".  These Democrats and Democrat-apologists reflexively label anyone who points out their failure as "ray-sists".

Remember, weak men use ad hominem attacks to defend their faulty positions in debate.

Remember also that armed blacks don't get oppressed.
