Peter Roskam and the entire despicable Democrat delegation need to feel some heat for their shameful vote against recognizing the “full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution where it applies to carry licenses.  No doubt these same individuals would not vote to oppose recognizing marriage certificates or driver's licenses!

The bill itself is pretty straight forward:  if you have a concealed carry permit from any state in the United States you are good to carry everywhere else where concealed carry is permitted.  Even in states where they only have a process where residents can apply, but licenses are never issued.

  1. Currently deployed to middle east. Hope this is all worked out by time I get home. I am going to do some vacation time, without having to stop and check each state before crossing the borders. SGT Harney

    1. Thank you for all the sacrifices you and your family are making serving our country.  They are so appreciated by so many back here at home.

  2. It isn't law yet. Still has a strong battle in the Senate and I'm pretty confident Mitch will stall it. Christmas will come when this is actual law, signed by the President.  Until then, I wouldn't break out the champagne and winning dance just yet. $25 million of Bloomberg's money is filling pockets to stop this dead in its tracks as we read about it. I'm afraid anything involving our 2nd Amendment rights is going to require an Executive Order from President Trump for it to happen. And then of course the Supreme Court standing behind it. I could be wrong. We shall see. But still have a Merry Christmas of course!

  3. For all who think Trump is an idiot, THIS is why we voted for him.  And in the next year he's going to have one or two more appointments to the supreme court!!!

This man will affect America for the better for the next FORTY or FIFTY years!

Frankly, I don't care whose pu**y he said he could grab if he wanted to.

AND, he's making appointments to nearly TWO HUNDRED other judicial vacancies!

AND, they're building the WALL RIGHT NOW!

AND, the U.S, after decades of empty talk, finally recognizes the birthplace of Christ as the capitol of Israel!

WOW!   And the dumbocrats STILL don't get it!

We'll have universal concealed carry VERY SOON NOW.  And Illinois can BLOW, because of the restrictions it sought to impose!
