The F-Men in Crete have brought back the Haunted Hayride known as “Nightmare in Crete.” They have more scares, more tricks, and more treats than ever before!
In the summer of 1847, Cecil F. Mancy’s macabre killing spree terrorized the residents of Crete, IL.
Who in the heck was Cecil Mancy? In the summer of 1847, Cecil F Mancy killed 14 people, whose bodies were found in the building where the haunt is held. Yeah, it’s an old building. No, it’s not haunted. (That’s impossible!)
This Halloween, take the ride of your life and relive Cecil’s terror at our haunted hayride attraction!
They open at 7pm and run until 11pm. The weather should be halfway decent… no snowstorms or sub-freezing temps.
Friday and Saturday nights this weekend (Oct 20 & 21) and the weekend before Halloween (27 & 28). $10 general admission and $5 for children 8yrs and under.
Nightmare in Crete is located at the Crete F-Men Hall, 1962 West Exchange St. Crete, IL.
