Earlier today, we teased that “the cavalry is coming” to help Illinois gun owners. Guns Save Life and our fellow partner groups FFL-IL, Aurora Sportsmen’s Club and individual plaintiffs are seeking to block enforcement of the law in the form of a new, amended complaint challenging the constitutionality of the so-called “Protect Illinois Communities Act.”
Greg Bishop addressed this – along with the ultra-low, bordering on non-existent compliance with the new law’s registration component this morning.
