Unstable Site – UPDATED

Update:
We have moved Guns Save Life to new infrastructure. This new infrastructure should be more stable for many things.

We were running on K8S with 2 replicas. This protected the site, but not the database. The database was being hammered.

The current infrastructure is more protected at the cost of only running one replica of the site. The database is currently running replicated, but we do not have fall over support in place.

Regardless, things should be better.

Something is attacking our database server. This is causing the DB to stop answering requests, to protect itself.

I am in the process of moving the site to new infrastructure. That will be completed today.

Our apologies for the site being unstable.
