Guardian Concepts is organizing a Personal Safety Awareness event in Bradley, IL this Saturday from roughly 9-4.  (Yeah, I know the stuff below says 9:30-3:30…  I’m relaying what the sponsor, Mr. Haberkamp related to us Tuesday night in Pontiac).  I’m about 95% sure to go.  You should go as well and I’ll tell you why:  Just sitting in on the presentation by Dave McDermott is worth the $20 registration fee all by itself (actually, I’d say it’s worth a couple hundred bucks, easy).  The rest is all gravy.

The Stop the Bleed is great information and if it’s a real deal full-on Stop the Bleed, it’ll be even better.

I’m no fan of OC but it has its limited niche.  Will love to see other perspectives.

And the simulator?  Yeah, that’s worth the $20 and then some.

It’s at the Quality Inn in Bradley, IL.  There’s room for 100 easy, and last I knew they have some slots remaining open.

Here’s a link for the info below.  And you can register at that link as well.

Or you can register at the door.

Fair warning:  USCCA is RELENTLESS in their spamming.  I pre-registered this morning and in less than an hour, USCCA was spamming my phone with text messages.  I called headquarters and told them to remove my name, email and phone number from their contact lists…  and Amy said she did.  This was AFTER I emailed them asking them NOT to use my contact info for marketing purposes.  Yeah, I was more than a little irritated.
