Meet Yolanda Talley.  She was the “Deputy Chief” of the Patrol division at Chicago Police Department three years ago.  Now she’s in charge of Internal Affairs.  And Second City Cop shared some public information that seems to suggest that Yolanda Talley, now the head of Internal Affairs with CPD, may have committed felony fraud to the tune of over $20,000.

By the way, when was the last time Yolanda Talley successfully completed a physical agility test?  Her BMI’s gotta be in the 30s if not higher.  Imagine her trying to bench press most of her body weight.  Oy vey.

It would seem her promotions have come thanks to DEI policies.  Yeah, “Didn’t Earn It.”  Pretty sure she didn’t advance through the ranks like Eddie Johnson’s old girlfriend.

Her obesity aside, she applied for and received what surely looks like a fraudulent Covid-era Payroll Protection Loan in the amount of $20,833.   When she was producing this video:

We’ll let Second City Cop carry the water from here:

That’s a PPP Loan for $20,833 using an address for a residence she doesn’t live at, for some sort of “business” she never ran before COVID and hasn’t run since.

The loan was “forgiven” probably meaning taxpayers ate the cost for someone who was already making $150,000 or more a year from those same taxpayers.

So, who investigates the Deputy Chief of Internal Affairs?

After she filed a loan application for “other personal services” for a business she claimed had been open two years.  Here’s the link.

The State Journal-Register has more information about the loan here.

And by the way, there are a LOT of Talleys who applied for those loans in Illinois.

  1. Is this thing related to the mayor of Dolton? Birds of a feather?
Maybe it’s their grab at reparations.
