Here’s who you missed if you didn’t make the Northwest Chicagoland meeting in Arlington Heights, IL last Wednesday evening. Tim Gramins of the Skokie Police Department who engaged in a gun battle with a four-time killer and bank robber who soaked up over a dozen .45 caliber rounds, most of which would have been fatal with enough time.
I’ll be honest, I’m kicking myself for not making the meeting.
